Questions
How do I put my buddy on my Home Screen?
Touch and hold an empty spot on your Home Screen, tap Edit, then Add Widget, and choose Pobbo. On the Lock Screen: touch and hold the Lock Screen, tap Customize, then add a Pobbo widget.
The weather looks wrong.
Pobbo uses your approximate location or a city you choose. Check More, then "What your buddy knows", then Weather. If location is off, tap the temperature at the top to choose a city.
I'm not getting notes.
Check Settings, then Notifications, then Pobbo. In the app, More, then Notes lets you change how often your buddy writes and set quiet hours.
How do I add a friend?
Tap the signpost in the yard, then Invite a friend, and send them the 6-digit code (valid for 30 minutes, one use). After they enter it, you tap Welcome. You'll be asked to Sign in with Apple the first time.
Why can I only have one friend?
The free version includes one friend. Pobbo+ allows up to 30. If you cancel Pobbo+, you keep all your friends; you just can't add new ones.
How do I cancel Pobbo+?
Open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Pobbo+. Everything you already received stays with you.
How do I restore my purchases?
More, then Pobbo+, then Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple ID you bought with.
What are past parcels?
Each month Pobbo+ members get a parcel of 3 new things. After the month ends, anyone can buy that month's parcel to keep, in More, then Pobbo+, then Past parcels.
I changed my Apple ID.
On a device still signed in to the old account: More, then Account, then Transfer to a new Apple ID. You'll get an 8-digit code to enter after signing in with the new Apple ID.
How do I delete my account?
More, then Account, then Delete Account. Your buddy, friends, notes and items are deleted after 24 hours. Subscriptions are managed by Apple, so cancel Pobbo+ in Settings as well.
What data does Pobbo keep?
Very little. See our Privacy Policy.

免费版包含 1 个朋友，Pobbo+ 最多 30 个。取消 Pobbo+ 后，已有的朋友都会保留，只是不能再加新的。
怎么取消 Pobbo+？
打开"设置"，点你的名字 →"订阅"→ Pobbo+。已经收到的东西都会保留。
怎么恢复购买？
"更多 → Pobbo+ → 恢复购买"。请使用购买时的同一个 Apple ID。
什么是往期包裹？

在还登录着旧账户的设备上："更多 → 账户 → 转移到新的 Apple ID"，会得到一个 8 位转移码，用新的 Apple ID 登录后输入即可。
怎么删除账户？
"更多 → 账户 → 删除账户"。伙伴、朋友、留言和物品会在 24 小时后删除。订阅由 Apple 管理，请同时在"设置"里取消 Pobbo+。
