In the app, Settings → Send Feedback opens an email that already includes the app version, system version, device model and interface language, which helps us look into problems. It never includes your conversations.
Public beta
EasyCaption is in public beta on TestFlight, and the App Store release is coming soon. To join, open the TestFlight link on your iPhone or iPad (iOS 26 or later), install TestFlight when asked, then tap Accept and Install. To send feedback, take a screenshot and share it in TestFlight, use Settings → Send Feedback in the app, or email us.
Transcribe doesn’t start
EasyCaption needs access to the microphone. If you declined it, open the Settings app → EasyCaption and turn on Microphone. Recognition runs on your device; the first time you use a language, iOS may need to download its speech resources, and the app shows the progress.
Changing the language
Choose the speech language in EasyCaption → Settings → Speech recognition → Language. Speaking aloud follows the same language. To change the language of the app itself, use Settings → Display → App Language.
Voices
English, German, Spanish, French, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Korean and Portuguese are spoken with natural voices built into the app, generated on your device. You can turn them off in Settings → Speak aloud → Natural voice to use Apple voices instead. Mandarin and Cantonese use the system’s default Apple voice.
iCloud sync
Sync is off by default. Turn it on in Settings → iCloud to keep conversations, phrases and settings on all devices signed in to the same Apple Account. Turning it off keeps everything on your device and in iCloud. To remove the copy in iCloud, go to the Settings app → Apple Account → iCloud → Manage Storage.
Removing conversations
Conversations are saved on your device. Open the conversation list at the top of the page, or Settings → Conversation history, to delete one or all of them. Deleting the app removes everything it stored on the device.

公开测试
EasyCaption 正在通过 TestFlight 公测，App Store 正式版即将上线。在 iPhone 或 iPad（iOS 26 及以上）上打开TestFlight 公测链接，按提示安装 TestFlight，再点「接受」和「安装」即可加入。反馈方式：截屏后在 TestFlight 中发送，或在 App 中点「设置」→「发送反馈」，也可以直接发邮件给我们。
「语音转文字」无法开始
EasyCaption 需要使用麦克风。如果之前拒绝了，请打开系统「设置」→ EasyCaption，打开「麦克风」。语音识别在设备上完成；首次使用某种语言时，iOS 可能需要下载该语言的语音资源，App 会显示进度。
更改语言
在 EasyCaption 的「设置」→「语音识别」→「识别语言」中选择。朗读跟随同一语言。要更改 App 本身的界面语言，请使用「设置」→「显示」→「App 语言」。
朗读声音
英语、德语、西班牙语、法语、印地语、意大利语、日语、韩语和葡萄牙语使用 App 内置的自然人声，在设备上生成。可以在「设置」→「朗读」→「自然人声」中关闭，改用 Apple 声音。普通话和粤语使用系统默认的 Apple 声音。
iCloud 同步
同步默认关闭。在「设置」→「iCloud」中开启后，对话、常用语和设置会在登录同一 Apple 账户的设备间同步。关闭同步后，本机和 iCloud 中的内容都会保留；要删除 iCloud 中的副本，请前往系统「设置」→ Apple 账户 → iCloud → 管理存储。
清除对话
对话保存在你的设备上。点页面顶部的对话列表，或「设置」→「历史对话」，可以清除当前对话或全部对话。删除 App 会移除它在设备上保存的所有内容。

iOS 26 或 iPadOS 26 及以上的 iPhone 和 iPad。
